Candidates location preferably: Cyprus | Riga
Project: Developing financial product at Fintech (Payment Card Industry)

**🔖 Duties:
**- Analysis and continuous improvement of existing products and services;
- Provide insights about product, technology and market trends;
- Make architectural decisions, innovate using the latest technologies;
- Deliver accurate and detailed technical documentation, i.e. functional specs, user manuals, user journeys;
- Work alongside the Project and Product teams to improve product quality and align roadmap;
- Take ownership of software development;
- Train and lead, both formally and informally, monitor the performance of teams;
- Managing in-house (BE) and outsource (FE) development teams;
- Manage BA&SA analysts;
- Work together with BA and SA to transform business requirements into development tasks and track them down to completion;
- Work with developers during implementation to ensure requirements are developed as requested;
- Produce comprehensive and accurate estimates for work, timelines and status reporting;
- Be driven by the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, “snackable and shareable”.

**📌 Required:
**- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or a related field
- 3+ years of proven technical background of software development management or relevant project management (manage up to 50 team members);
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle;
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
- Practical experience with Agile, Scrum;
- Detailed understanding of financial products and daily processes;
- Structured approach and self-discipline;
- Ability to work across multiple teams to create scalable solutions, ability to facilitate discussions towards common understanding and alignment on best course of action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Delivery excellence in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Technical awareness;
- Reliable, flexible and cooperative team-player;
- Be highly self-motivated and driven.
