🔖 Support Engineer/Junior .Net Engineer** up to 3500$ for a Networking software company located in USA

**80% Service support and 20% Development tasks.

**Company applications are involved in data centers design and maintenance and use internal video rendering engine using CUDA API.
Our application is written in .Net Core, running on Linux (server) and C# WPF on Windows (client) and using Mongo DB as back end + Azure.

**What kind of qualification we are looking for:

- **Excellent spoken and written English is a must
- .Net Core, C#, Rest API, WebSockets, MongoDB
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, IT
- 2+ year of experience in Technical Support for an IT Software companies on international market
- Theoretical knowledge and practical experience with .Net Core, C#, Rest API, and databases
- Linux/Windows programming experience as a plus
- Working knowledge of Docker container as a plus

**What we are expecting from you:

• **To be a first-line contact for customers and be able to analyze their requests for further solving
• Carry out performance analysis, troubleshooting, and technical support
• Assist to Core Dev team with developing tasks as a Junior .Net Developer
• Ensure that the issue is clearly understood and that sufficient evidence is present before attempting to provide the reporter with a resolution or escalating to the next level
• Diligently document all steps of interaction with customers and properly communicate the issue status to clients and to the manager
• Maintain support documentation and update the Knowledge Database
