Business Analyst

We are a Fintech group of companies who are launching a new stage of development with strong long-term prospects, stable financing, and a comprehensive product portfolio which forms the management team of the new company, with offices in Paris (France), Yerevan (Armenia), Limassol (Cyprus) and Kazakhstan (Astana).
Today we are a distributed team of 70+ people. To ensure the integrity of financial data, we use the Stellar blockchain.
The main company’s directions: Money transfers, Neobanking, Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain (we are both a client and a developer), and Trading.

We are now seeking for an experienced, results-oriented, highly analytical & Data-driven Business Analyst for Tempo France, a digital money transfer company, that is a part of our group.


Responsibilities:
Prepare specifications and business analysis requirements
Help design, document, and maintain system processes
Construct workflow charts and diagrams based on existing and desired system capabilities
Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team
Define reporting and alerting requirements
Data analysis and BI


Requirements and skills:
3+ years of previous experience in Business/Systems Analysis
Proven experience in eliciting requirements (BRD)
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
Knowledge of BPMN, sequence diagrams, mind mapping techniques
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills (English)
Experience in fintech as a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English);
Business trips will be required (schengen visa /EU passport/EU residency)
Attention to detail, strategic and analytical thinking

We are now seeking for an experienced, results-oriented, highly analytical & Data-driven Senior Software Engineer / Engineering Manager / Software Architect Tempo France, a digital money transfer company, that is a part of our group.


Business requirements
Single knowledge point for Tempo product architecture within Tempo
Ability to represent Tempo from the technical standpoint before partners and regulators
Liaison with the company group CTO on technologies and chosen approaches
Technical solution design and implementation
Ability to cover system architecture with diagrams and documentation
Perform system assessment and provide recommendations for improvements (load, speed, security)
Coordinate and act as a lead in the development team, provide code review
Participate in 3rd party vendor choice and integrations
Optimize development processes and provide training

Background requirements:
5+ years of experience in Software Development
Proven experience in Fintech
Strong knowledge of HTTP, REST
Experience in building distributed systems

Technology requirements:
Good knowledge of Go
Basic knowledge level of JavaScript, React.JS
Good knowledge of SQL, Relational and Columnar Databases
Git
Docker
Understanding of Kubernetes, Helm
Experience with common Linux utils: cat, less, vim, head, grep, etc.

Hard skills requirements:
Strong Problem Solving skills
Strong troubleshooting skills and bottlenecks identification
System design skills
System capacity evaluation and estimation.

Immigration and other requirements:
Schengen visa /EU passport/EU residency
No need for relocation to Paris but often business trips to work closely with a team is necessary
Fluent in English, Russian and/or French is a big plus
