Hello! We are looking for a Technical Writer due to expansion of our team in Cyprus.

Servers.com is a global IaaS hosting platform. We offer a full suite of computing, storage, and networking services across the US, Europe, and Asia. Our main product is a system for managing various hosting services. We are building a fully automated platform capable of meeting the various requirements of our customers.

Along with developers, BI, RnD and SRE engineers, you will be writing technical documentation describing our constantly evolving infrastructure containing applications, databases, network equipment connections and other items. In addition to our internal infrastructure, you will help in creating a documentation workflow to describe how our technical products work under the hood.

Main goals:
• create and maintain a knowledge base on technologies and solution used in Development, RnD, BI and other departments in English;
• textual and schematic description of complex technical solutions.

We expect:
• 1+ experience as a technical writer;
• good written and spoken language, the ability to briefly express one's (and others') thoughts;
• good knowledge of technical English;
• ability to work with Atlassian Confluence and JIRA;
• higher education (preferably technical).

Would be a plus:
• experience in the hosting industry;
• passion for drawing complex schemas in Lucidchart;
• understanding the principles of networks;
• experience in software development;
• knowledge of UML (and the desire to use it).
