✅Requirements:

— Good understanding of Microservices, Event driven, MonoRepo, Node.js, TypeScript;
— Has understanding the importance of strong people management 121s, personal development, L&D;
— Has managed a team of remote / distributed engineers BUT doesn't micro manage;
— Interested in the wider aspects of the SDLC (not just development and coding but testing, product, devops, infra/architecture) - everything that goes into building software;
— Able to lead, motivate, coach and develop engineers - to be more performant, more efficient and is able to help them "level up";
— Able to be our Head of Engineering deputy effectively - being interested in not just the technical aspects, but is aligned with business goals;
— Has a strong personality: knows and instils engineering best practices into teams and is a strong people person, able to manage, coach, lead and ultimately have some really rewarding conversations  skills.
