🎮📱 A cozy game studio F-Way Games (the developer of mobile games in the Merge genre) is looking for a skillful and independent accountant who will take over the full accounting support of the activities of the Cyprus company. The business is in the stage of active growth, therefore, the level of outsourcing accounting service has ceased to suit - a good specialist in the staff is vital. Dear perfect accountant, we invite to join our team starting from mid-December to have enough time to receive all the needed information from the current outsourcing accountants in a comfort way and enter 2023 on your own.

**📌 Main functions and areas of responsibility:
** * full accounting under the Cypriot legislation of the mobile games developer;
* employees enrollment, reporting, interaction with funds;
* EU-VAT, VIES-reporting;
* evaluation and accounting of intangible assets;
* payments, communication with banks;
* successful passing of the annual audit;
* tax planning and tax optimization (including tax preferences for IT);
* interaction with service providers (so far);
* Assistance in the preparation of management reports.

🤓 **Required experience:
** * accounting for developers who receive income from stores and advertising nets (great if you have experience with exceptions like Japan),
* good knowledge of VAT (both Cyprus and EU), successful experience in obtaining VAT refunds,
* arrangement of the IP-Box, tax ruling obtaining,
* experience in taxation of the new residents: correct understanding and application of tax deductions.

‼️ What else is very, very important, in addition to accounting skills per se:
* autonomy and independence (at least during the year the accountant will be alone - he must understand what he is doing, why he is doing it, be confident in his abilities and, if possible, not make mistakes :)))
* responsible approach, targeting on the result, not the hours of fruitless job-doing.
* adequacy and ability to work for the common business, a formal approach is a definite NO.
* knowledge of Russian is welcome - but we will prefer a skilled accountant to just a Russian-speaking one :)
