— Working closely with the Co-Founders and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensuring effective execution;
— Coordinating marketing activities on the organization's platforms;
— Creating documentation for the solutions offered by the organization, as well as on solving problems reported by the users;
— Leading, motivating and bridging the gap between different departments;
— Researching new features and use cases for the organization's growth and working with developers to execute them;
— Quality assurance in various app areas;

✅Requirements:

— A deep understanding and strong network in the blockchain/crypto community
— A high degree of tech affinity, curiosity about decentralized technologies, and enjoy simplifying blockchain technology to team members
— Leadership experience of a small to mid-sized team
— Enjoy building and driving something completely new
— You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar business environment
