Growth Manager

Holding of companies creating mobile applications with over 100 million users worldwide and various famous titles in
its portfolio - is searching for a growth expert to manage a group of successful mobile apps in lifestyle & fitness domens.
You will be responsible for strategy and execution and have a team of professionals reporting to you. Company provides
you with a full set of services (such as R&D, legal, finance and HR support), so that you're able to concentrate on
business and growth only. This is a unique opportunity to develop your career.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility over the business performance of the set of mobile products;
- Driving the product and marketing teams to achieve the results;
- Making key decisions;
- Search and implementation of growth opportunities for products set and business;
- Ownership over strategy and plans;
- Reporting to the Founders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of the experience in mobile product companies as a manager;
- Presence of the successful growth cases in portfolio;
- Experience in Head of Marketing or Head of UA or CMO roles;
- Strong knowledge and practice of the user acquisition and monetization chain;
- Deep understanding of the mobile market state and trends;
- Familiarity with modern growth practices, analytics and products development;
- Experience of building effective team play and team management.
