Away as an Engineering & Product Advisory Boutique is looking for an Executive Search Consultant.
We are matching Top Tech Talent from all over the world with the most exciting international opportunities.

What You Will Do **
✅ Maintain responsibility for the full-life cycle recruitment process for the executive roles in our friendly portfolio start-ups,
✅ Work closely with business Co-Founders in order to meet current and future hiring expectations,
✅ Build effective relationships with our partners to get a clear view on their strategic business goals.
Who You Are
⚡️Have proven work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition in IT field more than 3 years predominantly with executive (C-level) positions,
⚡️Have both corporate and start-up background as a great advantage,
⚡️ Have experience performing in international labor market,
⚡️ Strong hands-on skills at research and approach best candidates,
⚡️ Have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Russian will be an advantage),
⚡️ Being as a team member but also being able to work effectively autonomously,
⚡️ Above average organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-
paced environment.
