What you’ll help us with:
- Full cycle of recruitment process;
- Support employees:
— Onboarding and Adaptation
— Provide complex information support of newcomers;
— Organize 1-on-1’s during trial and after trial period to check the status and plans;
— Hand the internal information in the system
- Maintaining a motivational climate in the office
- Administrative management of the office and coordination of service providers
- Helping with events planning and organization
- Working with the Employer Brand

Here’s the experience that will help you to do the job:

- 2+ years experience in the role of Recruiter/HR Generalist in IT companies;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with changes in a highly dynamic environment;
- Knowledge and implementation of effective sourcing and outreach techniques using a variety of platforms and tools;
- Good spoken and written English skills;
- Result-oriented, active position in the work;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changeable environment within short deadlines
