1. Project Manager

Project Manager

The person with the most relevant role in an offshore software team is fully responsible for the victory of the project from start to finish. PM’s job is to define and communicate project goals to each department as a bridge between the development team and business – customers. In addition, the Project Manager will be responsible for communicating to the entire offshore team about the customer’s wishes about the product, setting up the workflow, and ensuring the cost, quality, and completion time. Not only that, but the Project manager is also responsible for managing risks and resolving project conflicts.

Responsibilities:
● Own web/mobile product features roadmaps from end to end
● Ensure success and growth of the product by developing a product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management framework
● Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed MRDs, PRDs, UI/XU & flow, wireframes, defining AB test and user stories, prioritize backlog and handle development/engineering
● Analyze the success of the feature once it's released to production, responsible for the usage data and patterns, and run tests to optimize & improve performance and business results
● Work with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, Designers, BI/BA, etc.) to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation
● Find opportunities for key initiatives to improve the customer experience.
● Manage ongoing maintenance and improvement of product features
Requirements
● At least two years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming field or B2C Industry
● Goal-oriented, highly motivated, takes full ownership on projects.
● Mover & shaker, who adapts well to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
● Strong organizational and analytical skills, high attention to details
● A great communicator who is able to clearly convey messages in written and oral form (in English)
● Ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines and to influence effectively
● A problem solver – highly inventive thinker that will provide insightful, innovative solutions to any problem
● Project management abilities and passion for games

Front-end Developer

Front–End Developer is directly constructing the external interface of the software. Front–End developers are the ones who bring aesthetics to projects with beautiful interfaces. So, the users can use the software’s manipulation with utmost ease.

Responsibilities:
● Plan and implement game functionality
● Transform design specifications into functional games
● Communicate with other team members
● Establish effective strategy and development pipeline
● Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
● Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and games
● Identify process and application bottlenecks and bugs
● Offer and implement solutions in a timely manner
Qualifications
● 3-5 years of experience as a Unity or Unity3D Developer
● Excellent knowledge of Unity
● Experience with scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles, and user session management
● 1-2 years of experience with game physics
● 1-2 years of experience with mobile and console game development
● 1-2 years of experience in optimizing memory and space usage
● 1-2 years of experience with 3D
● 1-2 years of experience with a well-known mobile title or AAA titles
● Constantly learn and stay in touch with evolving game standards
● 3-4 years of experience in implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
● Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}
● Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

The back-end developer will be the person who directly implements the Back–End system part of the project. Back-end Developer requires application development programming skills or improvement of existing applications directly with engineers ensuring system-wide consistency including improving user experience. In addition, Back-end Developer is also responsible for finding ways to optimize the functionality and ensure the processing speed and performance of the entire website.

Skills required of a Back – End developer:
– Server-side programming: Java, .Net, Ruby, Python, etc.
– Understanding database database: MySQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.
– Programming API
– Object-oriented programming (OOP)
