REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITY:
✔️Experience in IT Sales or lead generation from 1 year
✔️Great communication and interpersonal skills
✔️B2 or higher level of English, both oral and written
✔️Active user of LinkedIn
✔️Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the clients' needs
✔️Ability to organize and prioritize own work, be flexible and meet deadlines
✔️Be a team player
✔️Additional foreign languages will be a plus
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO:
✔️Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients
✔️Analyze and understand the prospect’s business and challenges
✔️Conducting sales calls and meetings
✔️Prepare assessments, proposals and presentations
✔️Сlose deals
✔️Systematically identify and solve problems with clients
✔️Record keeping of all sales-related activities into our CRM system
✔️Work closely with Lead generation, Recruiting and Engineering teams in order to analyze and foster
✔️opportunities
✔️Align with senior leadership to support sales plans and strategies
