We've been working in the iGaming segment for over 10 years and currently recruiting a team of the best players in the online entertainment market. We expect a committed, goal-oriented, and business-minded professional who is located in Limassol, Cyprus or willing to relocate there. Working with us, you will not just participate in an international project and gain unique skills, but also work in a largely demanded and rapidly growing segment of online entertainment. And we are looking for Affiliate Manager.


Responsibilities:
- Search, attraction and all further communication with webmasters;
- work with an already existing database of webmasters (communications);
- control of incoming traffic;
- a full cycle of work with webmasters and media buying structures worldwide (b2b and b2c: webmasters, solo- and media buying teams);
- sales + post-sales support and development;
- work for the result;
- initiative, proactive introduction and implementation of proposals for the introduction of new processes and improvement of current ones;
- providing the necessary reporting data to the superior.

Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
- Understanding the specifics of Affiliate Marketing (we are considering people who want to grow in the field of affiliate marketing);
- Following the concept of lifelong learning, constant attendance of advanced training courses;
- Knowledge sharing within the framework of the concept of a self-learning organization, assistance to colleagues in performing important tasks for the company;
- Desire and ability to work in a structure where goals are set by management, and the ways to achieve them often remain with the manager;
- English - not lower than Upper Intermediate (B2 oral and written);
- Being in Cyprus in Limassol or having a passport with a valid Cyprus or Schengen visa.
