__**You have:
**🔘 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
🔘Working experience as an Onboarding Specialist or a similar role in the Human Recourses Department.
🔘Good team management skills.
🔘Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting for HR business.
🔘Fluency in English.
🔘Great understanding of HR practices and procedures.

**You will:
**🔘 Welcoming newly hired employees and executing the engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey; managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles.
🔘Acts as a subject matter expert and makes recommendations on how to improve process efficiency.
🔘Manage the performance management system, to include developing and monitoring performance evaluations, performance development plans, and performance improvement plans.
🔘Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities and regularly monitor and reports results to management, along with recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
🔘Perform special projects as needed and perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department
