Position: Senior Product Manager
Location: Cyprus (on-site, relocation)

A fast-growing all-in-one call center platform based in Limassol, Cyprus.
Company provides a software platform that enables call center managers to build, implement and manage call center environments without having to deploy any of their own infrastructure.

⚙️The core parts of your role would be to:
• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional user flows
• Prototype alternate UI mockups and product solutions for review and validation
• Create implementation-ready UI assets along with style guides and UX definition
• Define and communicate clear product requirements to engineering, UX, and other company leaders
• Be able to figure out what needs to be done, and drive execution, without following an established playbook
• Manage project plans for on-time development and ensure that the dev is working on the right things at the right time
• Accelerate team and customer learning on new products by running workshops and sales updates

🎓What you will need:
• Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• A background in contact centers, communications, or customer service products
• 4+ year’s experience as a Product Manager
• Proven track record in product design
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to be effective working under pressure
• Fluent English
