About us

We are a Fintech group of companies who launch a new stage of development with strong long-term prospects, stable financing, and a wide product portfolio which forms the management team of the new company, with offices in Paris (France), Yerevan (Armenia), and Limassol (Cyprus).

Today we are a distributed team of 70+ people. To ensure the integrity of financial data, we use the Stellar blockchain.
The main company’s directions: Money transfers, Neobanking, Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain (we are both a client and a developer) and Trading.


Position
Reporting to the HR Manager, we are looking to employ a talented and professional recruiter to join our team. There are lots of possibilities for growth.

What you will be doing:
Recruit, interview and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for the job openings
Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process
Ability to qualify a candidate and identify key traits suitable for the position
Drafting and posting job descriptions in social media platforms
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and follow up on the interview process status
Serving as a liaison with local and international recruitment agencies
Assist in local and global recruitment as per the company’s needs
Creatively locating top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintaining a strong pipeline of talents, whilst creating a great candidate experience
Find and engage passive candidates through the use of various search techniques, such as LinkedIn Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter profile management, social networking and others
Creating proactive approaches to well-being in the organization in order to drive physical and mental well-being
Reviewing and enhancing the employer brand

Requirements:
Russian & English is a must. Extra language - a strong advantage
Experience within the Forex, IT or Fintech industry
Experience in recruiting technical positions
BA in a relevant field
2 years minimum experience in international recruiting and sourcing
Experience interviewing in English
Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.)
Experience in employer branding - a strong advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew
Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS office
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

We are looking for a Product Owner for Tempo France, a digital money transfer company, that is a part of our group .



Responsibilities:
Gather requirements, develop specifications, and functional designs
Work with Product Management and other stakeholders to groom and prioritize team backlog based on user value, time, and risks
Ensure that the team is aligned on the business objectives and iteration goals are clearly defined and communicated
Monitor team progress, assist the team in resolving blockers, and control project time frames
Decompose tasks, define acceptance criteria for project backlog
Identify and communicate any cross-area or cross-team issues that may affect other project areas
Work with limited supervision, take ownership of agile team achieving set goals
Participate during test cycles to ensure that the application is tested against the functional requirements

Requirements and skills:
3+ years experience in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Management
Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies
Proven experience in eliciting requirements (BRD, PRD)
Knowledge in process diagrams, mind mapping, interface mock-ups
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
Experience in project management and user story mapping is a bonus
