✔️ 5+ years of experience in multinational IT-companies (HQ on Cyprus) with focus on management reporting, budgeting, finance analysis, decision making;
✔️ Lead full-cycle job of finance department starting from routine tasks in Excel/Google Sheets to high-level process automation;
✔️ Strengths: strategic thinking (implement cost effective solutions across company like outstaffing platform Let's Deel, which saves ~30 working hours per month and improves HR brand), high-level responsibility (6 months leaded finance function), open mind (studying is my hobby);
✔️ CIMA certificate;
✔️ Fluent english, native russian speaker;
✔️ Permanent residence permit in Poland 🇵🇱
