IntellectoKids, one of the leading developers of educational mobile apps for children, is looking for a Senior IT Recruiter who will help us further strengthen the team by attracting top talent and maintaining an efficient recruiting process, reporting directly to the CEO.

Requirements:
- at least 3 years of experience as an IT recruiter at an IT company
- experience in recruiting in Cyprus
- excellent relationship and presentation skills, ability to find and attract candidates, who are not actively searching
- ability to manage up to five challenging vacancies in parallel
- determination and desire to 'raise the bar' with each new hiring (Netflix approach)
- fluent English (both written and spoken)

Scope of responsibilities:
- searching for and establishing relationships with A-level candidates across various IT specialities (engineers, digital marketers, analysts, product managers), persuasion to apply
- interviewing candidates
- maintenance of a structured recruiting process, candidates database, interview records and other related documentation; further development of the interviewing approaches
