About The Project
The Bluelight.inc is a new generation free-to-play simulator of startups in a virtual Silicon Valley with challenging CCG mechanics and GameFi opportunities in the setting of the Take My Muffin series.
We are distributed over the World team of blockchain and gaming professionals who are passionate about gaming and new technologies.
About The Position
We are looking for a community professional with an interest in the blockchain games industry to join our growing marketing team. This role will play an integral role in executing community strategies and management. The Community Manager will work with the marketing team to develop a larger global community.
Responsibilities
Execute effective community strategies, creating community-relevant messaging that generates excitement and engagement from followers/users
Develop and execute ambassadors program
Take ownership of day-to-day community responsibilities, including communicating
Support the development of community strategies across all social media and community channels
Collaborate with internal community teams, developers, and marketing partners around the globe
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above
2-3 years of experience in Community and Social Media Management
Experience in the video game industry is preferred but not required, ideally with an understanding of blockchain or NFT games
Exceptional project management skills and the ability to structure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive to completion
Passionate, committed, self-starter with high levels of initiative, energy, ownership, urgency, and a sincere willingness to learn from global team members at all levels
Able to work under pressure and find solutions to multiple and varying needs
Versatile project manager able to drill down into the detail and clearly think through project timelines & interdependencies
Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English with an ability to build productive relationships
