**Job Description
** • Provide IT support to Executive Team in different locations.
• Maintain and support IT infrastructure on different properties.
• Align all configurations with settled IT Security standards.
• Purchasing of necessary IT equipment and software.
• Respond and resolve emergency incidents outside of working hours.
• Ensure that operational issues are identified, recorded, monitored and resolved.
• Create and maintain policies, procedures and technical documentation.

**Qualifications
** • English language knowledge – B2 and upper.
• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 3 years equivalent work experience.
• Excellent technical knowledge of PC hardware and software, mainly Microsoft platform.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
• Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
• Understanding of Active Directory.
• Good understanding of network topologies, VLANs, routing etc.
• Experience with Ubiquiti software.
• Audio and Video Hardware distribution systems (IP based preferably).

Work Conditions On-call availability. Drivers license and owned car is required (fuel compensation available)
