**Relocation to Tbilisi, Georgia
Client: Tipalti**

Tipalti is looking for our first Director of Engineering in Tbilisi who will be building and leading our Georgian engineering team.The Tbilisi engineering group will be composed of 3-5 teams, building both our core product and innovative new products.

We are looking for a true leader with great communication skills who can help us scale our growing engineering team in a new site while upholding a high technical bar.This role requires collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, high technical competency, the ability to initiate and drive processes independently, manage projects under time constraints, and most importantly keep our team members challenged and engaged.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role, preferably in SaaS companies
• 10+ years in a software development role, designing and building distributed scalable systems
• Experience in hiring and onboarding teams at scale
• Occasional global travel required
