🎊We are looking for an UX Specialist for an international fintech company (with relocation to Cyprus or remote).

💶Salary: 3500-4500 EUR net

**📍Key Responsibilities:

**- Responsible for user journey optimisation for both web and app products
- Full digital funnel optimisation, from discovery to retention
- A/B testing user-interfaces and user flows
- Technology to measure and enhance customer experience
- User experience personalisation on both web and app
- Ensuring both UX design and CX best practices are followed
- Reporting and insights provided for all UX and CX
- Mapping user journeys
- Identifying customer pain points, then Initiating and owning product improvement projects
- Ensuring user journey is FCA / FSA compliant while following least restrictions

**Requirements:

**- Fluent in English
- Proven work experience with digital funnel optimisation and UX design for 4 years
- Proven ability improving revenue and conversion rate to KPI’s
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
