**Technical Project Manager

**Relocation: Cyprus or Remote

Fulltime/ hybrid format

Salary: 4000-4500 euro net

At the moment I am looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager, for a large international fintech company, Located in Cyprus, Limassol. (Remote or Relocation to Cyprus)

The company has 8 offices across the world, and over 500 international employees.

Principal Accountabilities: Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan; Maintain backlog for further prioritizing with Product owner; Follow and improve current development/delivery processes; Preparing and facilitating Scrum events with team (planning, grooming, daily, retrospective)

**Key Qualifications:

**- Understanding of the full cycle of software development
- Scrum management (Scrum master certification preferred)
- Project management skills (decomposing tasks, creating product/project roadmaps, establishing and following timelines, status reporting)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required
