Hiring: Brand Manager (Clients manager)
**Please note - this role is some sort of a mix between an analyst and a sales person. The person who will fill this role in our company will not be in charge of sales, as well as not in charge of analytics, but will have to be a little bit of both in order to get this job done properly. Requirements:
**Basic computer skills (browsing, excel, crm etc)
Availability around the clock
Good self and time management abilities
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work under high pressure and in stressful environments and situations
English is a must
Hebrew / Russain - is an advantage
**Job description:
**Work with Our clients (Brands) - Chats / Phone calls (when needed) both in Russain/Hebrew and English.
Ask for the new deals, Present our own deals and set them up, ask for feedback about leads , make sure we have good perfromance, ask for updates, keep a relationship with the different brands .
Working hours are around the clock, there is not set schedule for this role. Work isn’t really 24/7 but availability has to be very high most of the times. It rarely ever happens that you will need to get on a phonemail at night, but availability still needs to be at this level. Different people from the company will come from time to time with different questions or things that need to be addressed, and many times those will need to be taken care of as soon as possible.
Understanding of numbers and financial reports, both live and past reports. This role consists of tasks including following live traffic and performance of all brands/brokers and to make sure to keep all of them in the right place (performance wise) meaning if you need to message/call the brand to get the results - this is what should be done. In addition - A brand manager will need to know and identify lower quality sources and to stop them if their traffic does not match their deals.
Technical orientation is a must, including work on excel and on our own CRM to follow all live stats.
Generally - this role is built on multiple tasks - consisting self management, analysis and actively talking to the brands to make sure the performance stays at a high level.
