I have 20+ years experience helping companies go through the changes process in such fields as:


• Organisational transformation support (M&A, headcount changes, relocation process). Employee risk assessment and mitigation, stakeholders management, communication campaign implementation.
• Corporate culture development (evaluation, general concept creation, corporate values development and implementation, communication support)
• Employee surveys (engagement, motivation, organisational barriers, management perception, communications, etc.)
• Corporate internal communications system implementation and development (communication strategy based on the company's business goals development, creating and filling out communication tools, top team engagement, working with speakers)
• Employee brand and EVP development


I have successful projects within companies in the industrial, FMCG, and IT sectors.
