We are looking for a Java Technical Lead to develop high-load online banking systems.

5+ years of software development experience
Good knowledge of Java 11
Experience with the Spring Boot Framework
Knowledge of Hibernate library
Experience with OOP/OOD, Design Patterns
Knowledge of Git version control tools
Experience with Ci/CD
Experience with REST services
Microservices
Kubernetes
AWS experience

Will be plus
Experience in developing banking products
Knowledge and understanding of banking sphere or/and trading

Responsibilities:
Ensure that the team has the necessary resources to be productive; right mix of skills, necessary equipment and so forth.
Hiring new employees together with recruiter.
Terminating employees.
Vacation planning.
Sick leave reporting.
Performance reviews.
Salary negotiation.
Mentor and coach junior team members.
Creating onboarding plans for new employees and following up on them.
Ensure that the team uses the right technologies for the job at hand.
Participate in estimation and planning exercises for new feature development.
Contribute to feature development part time (50% development).
