**Head of Betting
**
Our client is an iGaming product company, operating since 2014, rapidly growing and therefore looking for a well-experienced Head of Betting.

This role will be ideal for candidates with the background as project-managers and business developement managers in betting/gambling/igaming.

Under the direction of the CGO, the Head of Betting will be responsible for the successful overall direction and management of all activities related to sports betting.

Must have four (4) to six (6) years of player development with significant sports marketing experience or the demonstrated ability to effectively perform at a high level within the betting environment. Must possess excellent customer service skills. Ability to understand and manage financial budgets and analysis. Must demonstrate a working knowledge of sports betting.
Responsible for leading the strategic vision of all Sports Betting initiatives.
Oversees daily operations of interactive sports betting helping to drive growth opportunities while achieving the organization’s financial and operational goals..

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

**● Assists the CGO with determining the vision and strategy for interactive sports betting initiatives
● Leads the business development strategy, design, and successful execution of all sports betting initiatives.
● Manage all aspects of interactive sports betting activities to achieve the department’s financial and operational goals.
● Collaborates with the Digital Media team and provides guidance in the establishment of a content strategy that appropriately integrates data and other sports betting content into relevant components across website, mobile apps, and social media.
● Manages day-to-day relationships with sports betting partners to help establish, meet, and exceed business goals, improving quality of offering while building out existing and future sports betting platforms.
● Maintains appropriate sports betting staffing levels by interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and terminating employees, as needed.
● Develops and administers sports betting capital expenditure and operating budgets.
● Keeps abreast of advancements in the sports betting field, as well as competitors,
makes applicable improvement recommendations to the CEO ensuring best in breed, profitable offerings.

Offices: Cyprus and Portugal (you can work from any office you want)
Salary range: negotiable, depending on your experience and salary expecations.
