**Business Analyst

**Relocation: Cyprus or Remote

Fulltime/ hybrid format

Salary: 4000-5000 euro net

At the moment I am looking for a Business Analyst, for a large international fintech company, Located in Cyprus, Limassol. (Relocation to Cyprus or Remote)

The company has 8 offices across the world, and over 500 international employees.

**Key Responsibilities:
**• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for
improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and
management.
• Performing user acceptance testing.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

**Requirements:
**• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or BSA.
• Experience with implementing event tracking and running A/B testing on mobile and web
platforms

• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365, Google Sheet, Atlassian, and Data visualization tools (e.g.,
Google Analytics)
• Ability to synthesize data and develop meaningful conclusions and predictive insights
• English Upper Intermediate or Higher
