Team Lead Media Buyer

DenDev is a product company, which specializes in IT and digital marketing. Over the 5 years of work, we developed several CRM systems and opened 3 digital marketing departments: SEO, Email marketing, and Media Buying.

We are looking for a star Media Buyer with fluent English to join our Cyprus team at Limassol. The Media Buyer role requires a combination of data-driven strategic thinking, and analytical, creative, and communication skills. An ideal candidate should thrive working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment with the ability to continuously learn, draw actionable insights and apply them across campaigns.

-If you are currently at Limassol, Cyprus, or have a possibility to relocate there now (we can help you with that);
-If you are ready to learn from our Project manager with 13 years of experience in Affiliate marketing and build a new Media Buying Department in Limassol with his help and under his supervision;
-If you are willing to take over Team Lead responsibilities, e.g. - participation in interviews, onboarding, building processes and setting KPIs, management, and mentoring.

The Ideal Candidate will have experience with:
-Demonstrable experience managing campaigns with high budgets on Facebook in Tier 1 Countries (experience with Google Ads will be a plus);
-Developing and implementing strategies and optimizations to increase ROAS for each campaign;
-Making unique and outstanding creatives in Photoshop for media campaigns;
-Oversee all aspects of a social media campaign with a focus on driving conversions;
-Analyze performance data for each ad campaign (Example: ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR).

Some Key Responsibilities:
-Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns;
-Optimize plans and budgets according to ad ROI;
-Prepare schedules and adjust when needed;
-Experiment with new platforms and channels;
-Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately;
-Monitor costs and predefined ROAS.
