VIP support manager
Requirements:
- experience in the field of customer service in the sphere of gambling;
- understanding the features of gambling projects;
- knowledge of English/German/Portuguese at native level (other languages would be an advantage);
- grammatically corrrect oral and written speech;
- knowledge and understanding of live-chat, solotics/customer io, ZCRM;
- Experience with CRM back-end admin platforms;
- analytic mind;
- ability to take responsibility;
- proactive stance.
**
Responsibilities:**
- maintaining VIP players (chat, whatsapp, calls, emails)
- support and control deposit activity of VIP players;
- reactivation of players;
- the second line support: advising support agents and temporary switching to VIP players and the operation of the platform as a whole;
- writing reports.

- Official employment in Cyprus (after a probationary period);
- Schedule: 10:00 - 22:00 / 22:00-10:00
