Role description
🔸 We are looking for a strong CRM manager to build the best communication strategy for Company users. Someone with sharp marketing skills, strong analytical judgement and the ability to manage simultaneous projects within a rapidly growing environment
Responsibilities
🔸 Developing customers on every stage of their lifecycle: welcome program, activation, development, churn prevention
🔸 Segmenting customer base and generating hypotheses together with Analyst
🔸 Launching from “zero” and continuous optimization omni-channel communication scenarios
🔸 Improving post-campaign analytics and dashboards
🔸 Working closely with the Product team to better understand product features and customer jouneys
🔸 Collaborates with IT team to develop CDP functionality, new channels integration and data flows
Candidate:
Experience
🔸 Upper intermediate English level in both written and oral skills
🔸 At least 3 years of experience in CRM marketing
🔸 Advanced user of CRM/CDP platforms (Exponea is a plus)
🔸 Experience working with omni channel communications, personalized non-public offers and AB-testing
🔸 Strong project management and interpersonal skills
🔸 Data driven approach for decision making
