I’m searching for a Global Recruiter (Middle)

Company: Roonyx.tech. We are an international software development company with presence in the U.S. and Russia.

Requirements:
-minimum 2 year of IT recruitment experience;
-fluent English;
-proven result-focused ability to close job -openings on your own;
-wide knowledge and high experience of recruiting and sourcing tools and resources;
-will be an advantage if you don't live in Russia or Belarus because of the difficulty of transferring money from the U.S. to those countries.

Conditions:
-remote work 8 hours per day;
-location: remote;
-probation period: 3 months;
-payment once a month in USD;
-salary from $1000 + bonuses;
-Performance Review: once or twice a year;
-paid annual leave and holidays are according to the USA Official Holiday Schedule:
-paid annual leave: 14 calendar days;
-paid official Holidays;
-online corporate events;
-professional and career development.
