Company overview
We are a Fintech group of companies who launch a new stage of development with strong long-term prospects, stable financing, and a wide product portfolio which forms the management team of the new company, with offices in Paris (France), Yerevan (Armenia), and Limassol (Cyprus).
Today we are a distributed team of 70+ people. To ensure the integrity of financial data, we use the Stellar blockchain.
The main company’s directions: Money transfers, Neobanking, Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain (we are both a client and a developer) and Trading.
We are looking for energetic, responsible and multitasking star to join our team. Russian and English is a must.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
Provide support to the CEO, Operations manager and other senior managers.
Provide full travel-related support.
Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
Liaising with any suppliers or external partners of the company
Conducting or preparing any research that CEO and managers may require
Provide administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
Assist the CEO in all day–to-day business and personal activities.
Running errands.
Maintain the CEO’s calendar and daily schedule by arranging appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities.
Dealing with correspondence and composing correspondence.
Observing best business practices and etiquette.
Requirements
Degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
Must have exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
Must be a self-starter and driven
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
Fluent English is a must, Russian native is a must and Greek considered as an advantage
