Hello everyone!

I am looking for Event Manager for IT company Sumsub: https://sumsub.com/ (SaaS, B2B).

**Responsibilities:

**• Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts;
• Planning events, including getting all materials ready, coordinating dry runs for each event, identifying potential issues before events, reporting on issues to request support as needed, etc.;
• Executing events from start to finish, according to the requirements, target audience, objectives, and company workflows;
• Managing onsite event execution, including but not limited to coordination of event give-aways, promotional activity, on-site social media support, staffing etc. as well as any virtual presence secured for the event;
• Promote the events through various channels;
• Manage events budget so that Sumsub events align to corporate marketing priorities, deliver key metrics such as MQL/SQL ratio and pipeline impact;
• Handling event logistic and invoicing; 
• Post-event communication, reporting & analysis.

**What we expect from you:

**• BSc/BA in PR, marketing, or a related field;
• 3-year experience of working as an Event Manager, Event Coordinator, Event Planner or a similar role;
• Fluent English (C1+); Spanish would be an advantage;
• Incredibly detail oriented;
• Excellent client-management, client-facing and project management skills enabling you to coordinate with multiple teams;
• A strong sense of initiative, proactivity and ability to work under pressure;
• An interest in working in a global fast-paced environment;
• Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management.
