IT System Admins Team Lead

Responsibilities:
Provide level 2 and level 3 IT support.
Be responsible of the server and system administration, network administration and firewall administration.
Work on infrastructure projects.
Monitor system administration and improvements.
Respond and resolve emergency incidents outside of working hours.
Ensuring that operational procedures and documentation are fit for purpose and kept up to date. Ensuring that operational issues are identified, recorded, monitored and resolved.
Creating and maintaining policies, procedures and technical documentation
Communicating with middle managers, executives and business representatives
Directing work flow by assigning tasks, reviewing the work of team members
Evaluating team members performance

Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience of working as a first line manager or team leader
Fluent English (both oral and written)
Knowledge of Active Directory
Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019 and its configuration.
Hyper-V VM Management & Hyper-V Cluster Management
Exchange 2016 Server, Mailbox, Powershell management
Good understanding of network topologies, VLANs, routing etc.
Good understanding of how Remote Desktop Services work
Good understanding of Enterprise PKI
Ability to be on call during off hours

Will Be Considered As Advantage:
Microsoft certification
English knowledge certificate (IELTS or similar)
Experience in hybrid (local + cloud) IT infrastructure setup
T-SQL Language knowledge
