Admirals is expanding and looking for** Product Manager

As Product Manager you will:

**• Lead the strategic agenda and vision for a product, by owning product roadmap, prioritization of product backlog and solving cross-area prioritization issues; following metrics and interpreting them towards successful OKRs, communicating to stakeholders, IT development team and other internal departments and being accountable for the product development process, risk assessment, regulatory compliance.
• Research the market, competitors, internal and external customers
• Create and plan project future development paths
• Create product roadmap and keep it updated
• Collaborate with stakeholders during visioning and concept development
• Define and track product OKRs and set and track product targets and KPIs
• Keep product features documentation in Confluence and related tickets in Jira
• Ensure that backlog items are in a form of user stories and acceptance criteria
• Act out as the main communication partner with IT team (participate in IT dev backlog grooming, IT dev sprint planning, approve/reject sprint results)
• Prioritize in the product and company backlog
• Write product related manuals and Q/As
• Create regular product reports

**You are best for this role if you have:

**• Proven experience as a product owner or Product Manager in Scrum development teams in the fx industry
• Fluent English language skills both in written and verbal
• Advanced use of modern computer software (Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence) used for daily work-related activities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in verbal and written form
• Highly organized and have a capacity to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to interact successfully with all levels of the organization
