🔍**Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Company in the lead position in area of Moderation or image/video recognition
• 2+ years experience in Company like us: b2c startup, fast and agile, engineering-oriented
• Experience in evaluation of effectiveness of SW development, identifying and eliminating its weak points
• Leadership background and advance skills in people management
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills, readiness for an intensive work
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (Russian and English)
• Technical background in area of Engineering, Data Science or Machine learning would be a plus
• Experience with audio and text recognition / moderation would be a plus
🥷What you'll do:
• Build and maintain a roadmap to make Tango Moderation to be #1 in Livestreaming space ahead of competitors (TikTok Live, Bigo, Instagram Live, Facebook Live)
Spoiler: we are already in a great position according to external research 😉
• Work with 3rd-party vendors to constantly improve core technology and main KPIs:
- Time of reaction
- % of inappropriate content passed to public access
- % of appropriate content rejected (false positives)
- % of decisions taken by technology without human involvement
• Lead by example and grow the team of top talented engineers
• Maintain and improve internal tools (Web Portal) to speed up decision making

● Proven global experience with a similar role in a similar high-tech company- advantage
● Leading and supporting hiring process

● Intensive experience in IT recruiting and retention
● Loves people, has excellent human relationships, is a real team player.
● Strong business and negotiation skills (contractors, consultants, placement agencies, etc.).
● Highly proficient in English verbal and in writing. Russian language- big advantage
