VACANCY: Technical Project Manager

Requirements:

✔️ 3+ years of proven experience managing software projects as technical project manager
✔️ Experience in projects including hardware-firmware-backend-frontend development
✔️ Good understanding of SW development for cloud-based products (Experience with AWS or Azure clouds is desired)
✔️ Detailed understanding and hands-on experience in software development lifecycle and methodologies, including traditional agile (SCRUM, KANBAN) and scaled frameworks (LeSS, SAFe or Nexus)
✔️ Experience in creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans; prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans
✔️ Knowledge of Jira or other project management tools
✔️ Balanced business/technical background: Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues; Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and develop strategies and solutions of high business value
✔️ Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
✔️Strong team orientation and the ability to build cohesiveness to achieve results.
✔️ Strong interpersonal skills and experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve objectives.
✔️ Ability to solve problems under pressure and facilitate effective decision making through analytics, reasoning and collaboration.
✔️ Attention to detail.

Would be a plus:

✔️ Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-ACP or equivalent certification
✔️ Experience of work with large Agile teams with a scaled Agile infrastructure
✔️ Delivery manager experience (proven experience of delivering end products to customers as well as building release management processes)
✔️ Understanding of Internet of Things (IoT) sphere
