Social Discovery Ventures, an international IT company with a vast portfolio of social discovery products, is looking for an Investment Department Assistant in Cyprus (Paphos). 💡Job responsibilities:
- Filling out KYC forms for: banks, providers/agents, regulatory authorities in various jurisdictions, etc.;
- Interaction with the internal audit team, responses to requests, provision of documents;
- Submission of applications for contracts and payments to 1C;
- Preparation of responses, collection of supporting documents for banks/ tax authorities/ other organizations;
- Organization of documents signing by responsible persons;
- Preparation of framework agreements and supporting documents (service agreement, invoices, etc.);
- Sending and receiving mail from/to Cyprus, maintaining an archive of documents;
- Ability to work with a large volume of new information, "paper" work;
- Higher education (completed and incomplete (last courses): legal or economic (education in the field of compliance is welcome);
- Work experience is welcome, but not strictly required.
- Languages: English/Russian, Greek is welcome.
*Legal/economics education is not strictly: if the candidate has experience working on similar issues with our tasks.
