Responsibilities:
- welcoming the new employees at 1st day and completing the onboarding;
- support new employees during the probation period,
- control and creating of probation period tasks with the hiring managers.
- exits interviews,
- performance review,
- metrics,
- internal communication,
- HR projects

What we need:
- Experience as HR BP for IT stream 2+ years
