✅ Responsibilities:

- Research the crypto landscape in target markets to choose the best partners for our project.
- Lead customized technical integration agreement structuring and negotiation with our blockchain, cryptocurrency, gaming partners.
- Provide a strategic perspective to product and engineering teams, delivering critical business insights and launching initiatives that impact the market.
- Work alongside marketing and development teams to develop the comprehensive set of partners needed for company growth
- Build a best in class crypto platform via partnership, institutional sales, and product expertise
- Manage due diligence process for prospective and existing clients
- Enforce meticulous operational risk management standards (Key Risk Indicators / Key Process Indicators) and identify, communicate and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Track activity in CRM (Google sheets)

✅ Qualification:

- 5+ years of business development experience, business development, institutional sales, relationship management, partnerships
- Experience working with commercial agreements, including creating and negotiating agreements outside of standard sales contracts.
- Experience partnering with technical teams, lawyers, and marketers.
- Outstanding executive level verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth understanding of the global cryptocurrency ecosystem
