Responsibilities
● Process and evaluate incoming and outgoing payments. Fraud monitoring.
● Grow customer satisfaction.
● Coordinate issue resolution with the product, marketing & technical teams.
Requirements
● Experience with chargeback, fraud and dispute resolution handling.
● Experience in consumer focused Support / Risk Department / Finance.
● Fluent English (level: upper-intermediate and above).
