What you will be doing:
- Assist with fundamental facets of RedTrack users and setting up client funnels
- Helping to identify client needs and meet the target results
- Support clients in configuring accounts
- Advise and train clients on the product usage
- Troubleshooting, first-level diagnostics, and providing technical and product expertise to clients’ queries
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Development, and Sales teams

**What are our requirements?
**- At least 1 year of support or similar experience
- Excellent English level (our clients are very communicative, so you will need to talk to understand some of their needs)
- A high level of empathy
- Desire to learn

Nice to have:
+ one more foreign language
