The purpose of this role is to create a centralized technical pre-sales support of central BDMs and local VAD teams in architecting server, storage and networking solutions across Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and CIS countries. Successful candidate will work closely with central BDMs, local VAD teams and key customers to provide technical pre-sales support and expertise on different products from ASBIS portfolio.

Responsibilities:

· Identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, provide technical consultancy, deliver on-site and web-based presentations for ASBIS staff and key customers;

· Prepare solution designs, RFP responses, competitive comparisons and technical documentation for various needs;

· Leading role in building of complex technical solutions which can include different servers, data storage systems and network equipment, virtualization and cloud solutions, backup, monitoring and security systems;

· Regularly present ASBIS storage solutions (Pure Storage as priority) for partners and end-users;

· Build, demonstrate and troubleshoot Proof of Concept systems and complex solutions;

· Educate ASBIS staff and key customers in terms of new products and solutions, provided by vendors;



Relocation to Cyprus is required.


Desirable skills and experience:

· Experience with any enterprise backup software (Commvault, Veeam, EMC Networker, Veritas NetBackup, IBM TSM, HPE Data Protector, etc.), databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc.), monitoring systems, software-defined infrastructure;

· Professional skills in networks, strong understanding of network architecture principles (CCNA level or equal is a plus);

· Technical certifications from leading brands are welcomed (Dell EMC, HDS, IBM, Cisco, HPE, Microsoft, Linux etc.);
