**Our candidate:
**❖ Has a good technical background and successful experience in managing a team of 3+ people as Tech/Team Lead
❖ Understands the goals and objectives of the business
❖ Has strong communication and leadership skills
❖ Has experience Agile
❖ Has experience with Python 3.X and/or JS, with AWS cloud services (RDS/Lambda/SQS/Cloud Front/Cloud Watch)
❖ Speaks English at the level of Upper Intermediate and above. Will be a plus: Russian, Ukrainian
