Our ideal candidate is a specialised Corporate attorney with experience in the IT sector to serve as an in-house counsel and handle complex legal matters and projects. You will ensure the legality of commercial transactions and advise our company on legal rights and duties.

**Responsibilities
**- Consult and handle corporate legal processes (GDPR, due diligence, intellectual property, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits)
- Oversee the company’s compliance with legal requirements
- Develop company policy and position on legal issues
- Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
- Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
- Draft and administer all contracts
- Representation of the company’s interest in court

**Requirements
**- Proven background on corporate law
- Specific knowledge and experience with data protection (EU & US)
- Experience in IT-related agreements, licenses is essential
- Experience of communication with regulatory authotities
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Greek (native) and English languages
- Computer skills
- BSc in International Law
