Hello, My name is Klavdiya, and I have worked as a head CRM analyst at Promsvyazbank for 1,5 years.
I’m creating and supporting all reports for a call-canter channel, I’m running the clients churn projects and doing a lots of ad-hoc tasks (by SQL, SAS). Actually, the main technical task for analysts is «Something is needed for something, but it should works», so analysts are also psychologists :)
