🔎 The P2P team are looking for a proactive and ambitious Recruitment Leader to scale one of the company's key product units.

Responsibilities:
🔹Partner with the HRD, HR Operations to build a best-in-class recruiting process that is efficient and effective
🔹Manage and develop the recruitment team
🔹Work cross-functionally and develop strong relationships with managers through status updates, and constant communication
🔹Manage applicant tracking system ensuring effective engagement and usage of the system
🔹Full lifecycle recruiting including screening, video interviews, offers, and closing
🔹Develop creative recruiting strategies and build a pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles
🔹Manage any external recruiting agency relationships.

Requirements:
▫️5+ years IT-recruiting experience (2+ years of these as recruitment lead)
▫️Expertise in recruiting metrics and thoughtful reporting of metrics
▫️Strong background and proven experience in sourcing/recruiting professionals across levels and functions
▫️Technology recruiting experience required
▫️Data-driven mindset and analytical skills
