Candidate Profile
*Academic degree in Law, Business administration or other finance relevant field
*Understanding the fundamental principles of Anti-money laundering(AML) and Counter Terrorism Financing(CTF)
*Knowledge of KYC requirements for new clients (Individuals & Legal Entities)
*MiFID II knowledge would be considered as an advantage
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Multitasking and organized
*Flexible, energetic with a positive attitude
*Computer literate (MS Office)
*Fluent in English (Greek or Russian would be considered as an advantage)
*Experience in a similar position would be considered an advantage
*CySEC AML Certificate will be considered as an advantage

Duties & Responsibilities
*Follow and apply the Company’s policies, procedures and internal controls
*Review client onboarding requests and report to the Senior Compliance Onboarding Officer for a four eyes review and approval
*Deal with requests and enquiries received from CRM and advise accordingly
*Participate in compliance projects including the development and implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures and remediation work
*Assist in the preparation of reports for Regulatory Authorities and Management as appropriate
*Organizing, collecting and filing documentation as appropriate
*On-going monitoring of clients’ KYC depending of the risk level
*Review any alerts relating to negative media (i.e. PEP, Sanctions, Criminal background, etc.)
*Maintain the internal compliance data and files up to date
*Assist with any other compliance-related tasks
*Keep abreast of new legislation and regulation updates
