We’re looking for an experienced Tech Team Lead who would mentor and lead our team of full-stack developers and help us exceed our organizational goals and challenges. **Your duties will be as follows:
**Lead a team of developers through the product life cycle - architecture, design, development, quality, and production
You will be hands-on (±50%) - develop, lead-by-example, push coding best practices and code craftsmanship standards
Manage full-stack development of web applications and websites

**Requirements:
**- At least 2 years working as a Team Lead
- At least 5 years working as a Full Stack Developer
- 2-3 years of experience in the digital advertising ecosystem and at least 1 year of experience in Ad-tech.
- Experience with Client-side frameworks, preferably React
- Experience with Server-side development in PHP(Laravel)/Python
- Experience with databases PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis
- Experience with Git source control
- Experience with creating, maintaining, and enhancing websites running on WordPress CMS platform
- You have experience with production deployments, DevOps, and CI/CD
- All-around team player, fast learner, self-motivated individual
- Passion for code craftsmanship
- Attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking
- Good command of English and/or Russian languages
